Portal Campground is situated at an elevation of 10,500 feet on the eastern shore of Grizzly Reservoir in the White River National Forest. This primitive campground provides a rugged mountain experience with access to the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness and high-altitude fishing. The facility offers vault toilets but lacks potable water and trash services, requiring visitors to pack out all refuse.
