• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Campground Listings

Campground information is provided by hosts and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listings are complete or current. You are responsible for confirming details directly with the campground before booking.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are made directly between you and the campground host. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility are determined by the host and our payment processing partners. Campstr facilitates these transactions but is not a party to the booking agreement.

Reviews

You may submit reviews of campgrounds you have visited. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, abusive, or otherwise violate our moderation guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

Campstr is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any listing or booking.
