The campground features 167 generously sized sites—each approximately 50 by 92 feet—set up for privacy and comfort. Every site backs onto green space rather than another RV, creating a sense of openness and room to relax. Guests often personalize their sites with decks, sheds, or gazebos, reinforcing the long-stay, community atmosphere.
Amenities are designed to feel all-inclusive and convenient. Campers have access to free laundry, heated washhouses with hot showers, flush toilets, and an on-site store with coffee, books, and local goods. Pets are not permitted on the private reservoir property. Guests must pick up after pets within campground property and within Off-Leash Dog Parks – No Excuses.
