Saddlehorn Campground is the only established campground within Colorado National Monument, perched on a high bluff with spectacular views of red rock canyons and the distant cities of the Grand Valley. Nestled among pinyon and juniper trees, the campground offers three loops with 80 sites suitable for both tents and recreational vehicles up to 40 feet. Visitors enjoy immediate access to popular hiking trails like the Canyon Rim and Window Rock trails, as well as the historic and scenic Rim Rock Drive.
