The Glen at Maple Falls is a private, gated recreational community located in the foothills of Mount Baker in Deming, Washington. Established in 1975, the community features 1,219 individually owned lots across seven divisions, offering residents a year-round retreat with a maximum occupancy of 120 days per year. Amenities include two swimming pools (one heated and open year-round), a hot tub, sauna, clubhouses, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, and private access to the Nooksack River. The community is strictly for recreational use, and nightly rentals to the general public are not permitted.
