The campground features 17 campsites arranged in a single tear-drop loop, offering a mix of sites tucked into dense groves of aspen, fir, and spruce, and others located in open grassy meadows. Known for its proximity to the extensive Tie City and Happy Jack trail system, it is a prime spot for mountain biking and hiking in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter. Facilities include vault toilets, potable water via handpump, picnic tables, and fire rings, though no hookups are available.
