Oliver Inlet State Marine Park is situated on Admiralty Island, approximately 12 miles south of Juneau. The park is renowned for its unique 0.8-mile hand-operated tramway that allows boaters to portage small craft across the isthmus between Oliver Inlet and Seymour Canal. It offers excellent opportunities for fishing, wildlife viewing, and provides access to the Kootznoowoo Wilderness. The park features one public use cabin and allows for primitive tent camping throughout the area.
