Horton Creek Campground is a primitive Bureau of Land Management facility located at the base of the Eastern Sierra in Round Valley. Situated at an elevation of approximately 5,000 feet, the campground offers 49 RV and tent sites with breathtaking panoramic views of the Wheeler Crest, Mt. Tom, and the night sky. Each site is equipped with a fire pit, picnic table, and lantern holder. While potable water is typically available and there is an on-site dump station, there are no hookups. The area is popular for hiking, fishing, rock climbing, and wildlife viewing, with Horton Creek itself flowing beside the campground.
